It is crafted from world-renowned high-quality , offering a luxurious velvet-like texture and exceptional durability ideal for babies. It can be washed in the included laundry bag to stay clean at all times. Having passed all rigorous safety tests, including those based on food sanitation standards, it is safe even if a baby puts it in their mouth from any angle. Completely All Made in Japan, with every step of the process from origin of materials to production completed in Japan. Each piece features a unique serial number engraved on its name tag.

Returns and Exchanges

• We take the utmost care in preparing your order. In the unlikely event that an item is defective, soiled, or damaged upon arrival, we will exchange it for a new one.

All OFUNE soft toys are delivered in gift-ready packaging.

Each item is sealed in a protective transparent bag, placed in a dedicated inner bag, and then packed into a gift box for delivery.

A hygiene seal is applied to the protective bag to ensure the item remains pristine until the moment it is opened.

The included packing slip does not state the price.
You can present it as a gift exactly as it arrives.

To maintain the soft texture and shape of your First Buddy, please follow these care instructions.

- When washing, always place it in the included drawstring bag (laundry bag) and tie the strings securely before putting it in the washing machine.

- After washing, use your fingertips to smooth out the fur and loosen the stuffing to ensure it is evenly distributed.

- We recommend line drying in a well-ventilated, shaded area.

- Please dry flat, as clothespins may leave marks.

This product is eligible for the Buddy Care Program.

We offer repairs and maintenance tailored to your Buddy's condition, such as adjusting or replacing the stuffing and repairing loose threads. For more details, please see below.
