Repair Care Service
Repair Care
Free round-trip shipping
Achieve four types of care at once with our
popular all-in-one menu.
We will always conduct a final check with photos before finishing,
and will carefully sew it closed after your approval.
We will work with you one-on-one to perfect the finish
and bring you closer to your ideal look.
We provide repair care for all buddies, regardless of whether they are OFUNE products. A "buddy" refers to a stuffed animal that has built a relationship with a person. Stains and wear are proof of the time a buddy has spent with you. We carefully restore them while intentionally preserving those memories. OFUNE Repair Care is a service designed to help you rediscover your buddy once again.
Simple Care Menu
Generally, plush toy repair services often include
additional optional charges,
making the final cost difficult to understand.
At OFUNE Repair Care,
we provide only the essential care you need at a simple price.
Carefully treated one by one
We take precious care of every buddy entrusted to us,
working with you through careful, one-on-one consultations.
Before the final finishing, we provide photos and videos for your confirmation, and can perform further adjustments if necessary.
We only close the stitching after receiving your approval.
Through attentive consultation and careful handiwork, we will return your buddy to you in a condition you are satisfied with.
