〈Product Overview〉OFUNE's soft toys, featuring iconic navy embroidery for facial features, boast a baby-friendly, minimalist design stripped of unnecessary embellishments. The fabric uses world-renowned high-quality pile material, "Okayama Denim," achieving both a luxurious texture and durability. It can be washed in the included laundry bag to keep it clean at all times. Having passed various safety tests, including those based on food hygiene standards, it is safe even if a baby puts it in their mouth from any angle. Completely All Made in Japan, with both the origin and production taking place entirely in Japan.

- This product will usually be shipped within 7 business days.
- Shipping costs are a flat rate of 770 yen (tax included) nationwide.
- It will be packaged in a gift box so that it can be used as a gift.
- An invoice (without price information) is enclosed. Please keep it safe as it will be necessary for after-sales service.

Returns and Exchanges
- We take every precaution to ensure that our products are of the highest quality, but in the unlikely event that the product has an initial defect, is soiled, or is damaged, we will replace it with a new product.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for initial defects or other malfunctions.

All OFUNE soft toys are delivered in gift packaging.
It will be sealed in a clear protective bag, placed in a special inner bag, and then delivered in a gift box.
A hygiene seal is attached to the protective bag to keep it clean until the moment it is opened.
The enclosed invoice does not state the amount.

Please care for it using the following method.
- When washing, be sure to place the product in the provided drawstring bag (laundry bag), tie the strings securely, and then place it in the washing machine.
- After washing, smooth the pile with your fingertips and loosen the filling evenly.
- We recommend drying in the shade in a well-ventilated area.
- Please lay flat to dry as clothespins may leave marks.
This product is eligible for the Buddy Care Program.
We offer repair and maintenance services tailored to the condition of your Buddy, such as adjusting or replacing the padding, repairing frayed edges, etc. Please see below for details.
