Q1. What is a "First Buddy"?
A. This is your baby's first buddy (companion or best friend).
It is designed to accompany your child as they grow day by day, playing, learning, and sharing emotions.
The design takes into account the changes in texture and shape so that you can enjoy the changes that occur over time.
Q2. Is it made in Japan?
A. Yes. All products are carefully made by artisans in Japan. All processes, including fabric selection, sewing, and inspection, are carried out in Japan.
Q3. Can it be washed?
A. Yes, all Buddy bags are washable. The inner bag that comes with the bag can be used as a laundry net.
Safety
Q4. What is the target age range?
A.You can play with it from the first day after birth.
All products have passed formaldehyde testing in accordance with the Food Sanitation Act and have been confirmed to be safe.
In addition, no buttons or beads are used on the parts, and even the eyes and nose are all embroidered.
Q5. What kind of fabric do you use?
A. We use Takanoguchi Pile®, a 100% cotton pile fabric produced in Wakayama Prefecture.
This material has been selected for its soft texture and durability, making it safe for babies to touch.

Q6 . Can I give this as a baby gift?
A. Of course. All items will be delivered in a special gift box suitable for gift-giving.
First Buddy is often chosen as a gift for special milestones such as baby showers and first birthdays.
Q7. Can I include a message card or shopping bag?
A. We are currently unable to do this. Thank you for your understanding.
About orders and shipping
Q8. When will it be shipped?
A. Orders will be shipped in order starting from early July 2025. We will notify you by email as soon as your order is ready to ship.
Q9. How much is shipping?
A. Shipping costs are 770 yen nationwide.
Q10. How do I pay?
A. You can use online payment methods such as credit card, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Care
Q11. Are there any precautions to take when washing?
A. Please be sure to ① place the item in the included laundry net, ② tightly close the opening of the drawstring bag, and then use the standard cycle on your washing machine.
Please avoid using a dryer.
Q12. Are there any tips for using it for a long time?
A. Please be careful not to pull or bite too hard.
Also, after washing, smooth out the pile and let it air dry thoroughly to maintain the texture and shape of the fabric.
Warranty and Returns
Q13. Is there a serial number?
A. Yes, every First Buddy has a unique serial number.
The serial number is written on the back of the product tag.
Please insert the birth tag into the included card and keep it safe.
Q14. Can I return the product?
If the product has any defects or imperfections (initial defects), we will exchange it only if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
